It is not IP-based blocking, it is spam-based blocking (they are keeping up to date the list of spammers' sites and they are blocking content). If it is necessary, then maybe a general forum (forum.anarchopedia.org ?) with some differents languages sections. cause the project is multilingual, and it would be important, i think, that all can see what is talked about around in all languages... peoples will be able to speak in their first language but in all others if necessary... i see a forum for anarchopedia like that. but that is just my view :]. i don't know what others contributors want...
